Sunitha Pillai

Growing up in the Middle East, Sunitha developed a deep passion for her rich cultural heritage, inspired by her father. This passion led her to actively participate in cultural events. She served as the Treasurer of the Federation of Malayalee Associations of North America (FOMAA) National Women's Forum (2022-2024) and was a Board Member of the Minnesota Malayalee Association (2016-2018). She has also volunteered her professional expertise to organizations like International Professors Projects and BENNU Legal. Beyond her professional life, Sunitha is a creative soul who enjoys painting, cooking, voice acting, TikTok/Reels, dancing, and traveling with her family. Her family includes her husband, Suresh Pillai; daughter, Krisha; and their Cavapoo, Cooper. Sunitha is excited to continue serving the community through IAM and invites others to join in supporting the organization's mission and causes.
