Back to Team
Srividya has been a part of the Minnesota Asian Indian community since 2015, and she has been on the board of IAM since 2018. She served in a variety of roles, leading the Marketing and Cultural committees for 4 years and acting as General Secretary for 2 years before becoming the president in 2025. Now she is serving in an advisory role as a member of the board and guiding the strategic transition plans for the organization. Professionally, she is a Technical Project Manager in the Cybersecurity space, and consults at a Fortune 100 electronics retail giant in their Identity and Access Management team. Apart from her profession, she is passionate about working with students in the field of STEM and has been a coach and program manager for the middle school robotics program (VEX Robotics) and a mentor/coach for FIRST Robotics programs for her local school district for the last 8 years. She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband, daughter, and a Lab Retriever-Husky mix pup. Coming from an exposure to multiple states and cultures in India, she considers herself a cosmo-Indian and speaks/reads/writes multiple Indian languages. Fun fact: In her spare time, she likes to relax with her hobbies of gardening, painting, experimenting with different cuisines, and going on long treks with her family.
