Vipasha Verma

Vipasha Verma has been an active member of the IAMN community and is currently serving her second year leading the Marketing Committee. With a passion for storytelling, community building, and cultural connection, Vipasha has played a key role in elevating IAM’s brand presence and community engagement through vibrant marketing content and strategic outreach. Professionally, Vipasha is a Director of Business transformation at Turnberry Solutions, where she partners with clients to drive end-to-end product development with deep expertise in strategic and program management, leadership engagement & coaching, and product management. Beyond her core role, she is a dedicated advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She founded a thriving employee resource group at her workplace and also serves as an executive board member for Carlson School's Women Global Connect, furthering her commitment to inclusive excellence and belonging in the corporate world. She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband and their newborn baby girl. Fun fact: Vipasha is a proud plant mom, DIY enthusiast, and explorer at heart. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking trails, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, or planning her next travel adventure.
