Madhan Kumar Rajendran

Madhan Kumar brings with him his experience of leading a nonprofit organization as the outgoing president of the Twin Cities Tamil Association (2024-25). He strongly believes in IAM’s mission of Culture, Charity, and Connections. As President of the TCTA and a longtime volunteer, he has dedicated over a decade to promoting cultural unity, youth education, and community engagement, an experience that he hopes to bring to expand the collaborative mindset and help IAM strengthen partnerships and expand its cultural and social impact across Minnesota. He is also passionate about advocating for H-4 children who face aging out at 21. As a parent of an H-4 child approaching that stage, he understands the challenges these families face. Through IAM’s platform, he wants to help raise awareness, build community support, and collaborate with organizations and policymakers to improve opportunities for these young individuals who have grown up in America and deserve a fair path forward.
