Rupali Gupta

Rupali Gupta holds a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs from St. Cloud State University, MN, along with a Master’s in Microbiology and an MBA from India. She currently works as Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Becton, Dickinson and Company. A seasoned regulatory professional, Rupali brings the same passion and commitment to her community work as she does to her career. Born in India and immigrating to the United States in 2008, Rupali has remained deeply connected to her cultural roots while embracing new opportunities. Her dedication to giving back inspired her involvement with nonprofit organizations focused on child education, women’s empowerment, and community engagement. Combining her love for dance with advocacy, Rupali has choreographed impactful theme-based performances to raise awareness about these causes, earning recognition, including a prestigious award from HSMN. Guided by the belief that “each person should try and leave the world a little better than how they found it,” Rupali joined IAM to help enrich the community and support those committed to making a positive difference. Rupali lives in Maple Grove with her husband and two children. Outside of work and volunteering, she enjoys traveling, running marathons, cooking, listening to music, dancing, and creating cherished memories with her family.
