Arun Batchu brings over three decades of experience spanning artificial intelligence, software engineering leadership, and business technology innovation. ● Arun is a Chief Strategist for The Thinking Spot—Minnesota's only STEM based bookstore. ● Arun volunteers as Executive Director of the Shreya Dixit Foundation, dedicated to eliminating deaths from distracted driving. ● Arun also volunteers as an AI Advisor for Dabhoi.org—a non-profit dedicated to accelerating the education of children in Dabhoi, Gujarat, India. ● Previously, as a Vice President, Analyst in Gartner's Software Engineering practice, he offered invaluable advice to global software leaders on adopting AI, optimizing engineering best practices, and evolving leadership skills. ● Previously, Arun established R&D centers at companies including Best Buy and UnitedHealth Group to incubate impactful business innovations. He has taught a graduate course in software architecture and holds computer science and software engineering degrees, along with a machine learning nanodegree. ● Having built his first artificial neural network and Agent as a student, Arun has long explored the intersection of AI and software—including today's AI foundation models.
