Reshma Kolhapure

My name is Reshma (Ray-sh-ma) Kolhapure (Cola-Pooh-Ray). I'm a Chartered Accountant by education and a certified Information Security Professional. Although I've lived in the US for nearly 24 years, I maintain a strong connection to my roots in Mumbai. My experiences, including 14 years at Target Corporation, have instilled in me a deep appreciation for community, support, and volunteering. I strive to pass these values on to my children, emphasizing sharing, abundance, and positivity. As a lead at Target's Asian Business Council, I foster a sense of belonging and provide a safe space for team members. I'm also passionate about giving back to the community. I led the "Be Kind to Your Mind" group at The Need Indeed Organization, believing that the gift of time is invaluable. I'm a lifelong learner, currently exploring golf, swimming, and piano. I also enjoy traveling, dancing, and connecting with others. I'm eager to pay forward the lessons I've learned and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.
