Vaibhav Regalla

Vaibhav Regalla recently joined the India Association of Minnesota (IAM) as a Working Committee Member, bringing over 9 years of experience in Information Technology along with a strong passion for community service and event coordination. After moving to Minnesota in 2023, he has been working in the IT field while actively contributing to IAM’s mission. Vaibhav’s interest in community engagement began during his college years, where he served as a Convenor for the Directorate of Student Affairs, organizing and managing cultural events and student-led initiatives. This early exposure to leadership and event management naturally drew him toward IAM’s community-focused work. He joined IAM initially as a volunteer, where he spent nearly three years supporting events and organizational activities, gaining a deep understanding of IAM’s structure, values, and operations. Through hands-on involvement in volunteer coordination, event execution, and on-ground support, Vaibhav has steadily grown into his current role, where he now supports working committees and assists the board with event-time operations and coordination. Vaibhav enjoys organizing, collaborating with volunteers, and contributing wherever support is needed during IAM events. His journey reflects a strong commitment to service, teamwork, and giving back to the community.
