Madhulika Gaur, a resident of Maple Grove, lives with her husband, two children, and their cherished Samoyed dog, Roku. She holds a master’s degree from India and an MBA from the United States. Professionally, Madhulika serves as an IT Manager for the State of Minnesota, where she oversees key applications for the Budget Management Department. She is also an active member of workplace initiatives, including Women in IT Leadership, the Equity team, and employee recognition committees. Madhulika demonstrates a deep commitment to community service and youth development. Since 2005, she has been actively involved with the Hindu Society of Minnesota, where she has held leadership roles, including serving two terms as cultural chair. She also volunteers as a mentor with the "Big Brothers Big Sisters" organization, helping to uplift and guide young minds, and serves as a judge for various competitive events at the state and national levels, further supporting youth excellence and development. During her free time, she enjoys playing table tennis, traveling, cooking, painting, dancing, and listening to music. Her dedication to service, culture, and youth empowerment defines her journey of leadership and growth within her vibrant community.
