Rashmi is passionate about fostering community engagement, advancing global harmony, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, while also preserving the rich traditions and cultural heritage of India and supporting local businesses. As a dedicated community leader, she has served as the Cultural Chair on the Executive Board of the Hindu Society of Minnesota (HSMN). In this role, she spearheaded numerous cultural initiatives and senior enrichment activities and hosted distinguished local and international artists. She also led a team of interns focused on youth programs aimed at raising funds for the HSMN Cultural Arts and Education Center, while empowering the next generation of leaders through mentoring and guidance. She collaborated with various organizations, schools, universities, and cultural institutions to support artists, promote small businesses, and celebrate diversity. Additionally, Rashmi is an Active member of the West Metro Twin City Asian Fair and the Monticello Diversity Committee. A seasoned management professional, Rashmi is also a proud mother to her son, Anant, and the wife of her supportive husband, Itti. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring nature, spending quality time with family and friends, dancing, singing, serving the community, and volunteering for events that promote unity and inclusion.
