Shikha Mahendrakar is one of the new 2026 interns joining IAM this year. She is passionate about leadership, with strong interests in Bollywood dance, theater, speech, and DECA. In her free time, she enjoys painting and creating artwork as a fun way to express herself. She is excited to learn, grow, and contribute during her internship at IAM.
